The more I think about this, the more confused I get!
Would I buy this if I had a daughter? First I thought no, because something about it seemed age inappropriate. But then I thought, isn't this doll promoting something better then a doll you apply make-up to? At least it's teaching that breastfeeding is a positive thing. Still, what if she wanted to play with the BF doll in preschool in front of her classmates? But if a kid has seen their mom breastfeed, they routinely put dolls to their chests and pretend to nurse with a regular doll anyway...
Ultimately I don't think there's anything wrong (or creepy) about the doll, but the flower vest is another thing...
